BACS Events

BACS is Bronllys Action for Community Spirit. We are the events committee of Royston Memorial Hall. We organise events such as Bronllys Open Gardens in June or July, Apple Day in September and a Christmas do in December.

Reopening

On July 10th we held the Grand Re-opening of Royston Memorial Hall. We opened with Aileen Dixon as our special guest then held guided tours of the newly refurbished hall. People then bought maps to  Bronllys Open Gardens which raised funds for the planters and flowers for the hall.

There were ten stunning gardens to visit with refreshments available in two of the gardens on the route. The Village Quire sang for the garden goers and a lovely time was had by all!

In the evening we held the first Bronllys picnic with the Cock Hotel providing some yummy picnic boxes. A rounders match finished off the day.
